Urinary tract infections (UTIs) and kidney infections in young children often go undiagnosed. Because these small patients can't tell us how they are feeling it is often up to parents and caregivers to help clinicians find out what is wrong. With knowledge comes power to help our children receive the treatment they need.

This is where you come in! Are you a parent, caregiver or patient that has had experience with childhood UTIs and kidney infections? If so, we are asking you to join us at Outcomes Positive to share your experiences and ultimately make a difference. We really feel that physicians and nurses can benefit from your first hand knowledge!

Follow the link below to tell us more about yourself and to get on our mailing list. From time to time we may ask you to complete a survey about your experiences to benefit diagnosis and care of future patients. We will also send you regular updates about the progress Outcomes Positive has made. Of course this is an optional, volunteer program that you can opt out of at any time and we will never sell or share your contact information or personal details.

Thank you for joining us, as we know that many voices are stronger than a few!
